Return Policy

GASLAND provides 30 days hassle-free return service, the customer must submit a return application within 30 days of the package marks delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition as received, unused, with tags attached, and in its initial packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@gaslandchef.com.au. If your return meets the criteria, we'll email you instructions regarding where and how to send the package.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Return

  • Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged items. To initiate a return, please email support@gaslandchef.com.au.
  • We will review the request. Once the request is approved, we will email you the return address.
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as not like the color/quality, changing your mind, ordering by mistake, buying it somewhere else, etc. In that case, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and the customer will bear a 20% restocking fee, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
  • GASLAND will cover the cost of any return shipping if the exchange even returns is a result of our error or defective product.

Refunds

You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving the goods to request a refund. You can contact us via email to initiate the process, and we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. The refund will be issued back to your original payment.

Once approved, we'll proceed with your refund. After submitting the refund application, the credited amount will automatically reflect on your original payment method in 3 to 7 working days. The actual refund arrival time depends on your bank or credit card company's processing.

Partial Refunds

  • Products showing obvious signs of use or not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • If you haven't received a refund after the 7 days of receiving refund notification email from GASLAND, please check your bank/Paypal account and contact the bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Precautions

Please note that the return address and shipping address are not necessarily the same, we have different warehouses with different tasks. If you return the goods yourself without contacting us, we will not bear any responsibility and refund fees. Please use the original packaging before returning the goods and ensure that the packaging is complete. If you are shipping an item over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The damaged returned package is not acceptable, GASLAND will not issue a refund for damaged returned products.
